RapidTradeView (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is operated by Asaf Berreby. We can be reached at asafb2k@gmail.com. By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Usage data. For visitors who are not signed in, we record a daily count of searches to enforce free-tier rate limits, keyed to a non-identifying browser fingerprint and IP-derived identifier. We do not use this to build an advertising profile of you.
• Saved data. If you create a portfolio, the tickers and holdings you enter are stored against your account so we can show them back to you.
• Technical/log data. Like most sites, our hosting providers automatically log standard request data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in (session cookies) and to remember interface preferences. Third parties, including Google, also set cookies as described below. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We display advertising served by Google AdSense to keep the Service free. With respect to that advertising:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.

Third-party data sources

The market data we display is retrieved from third parties including Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, Google News, ApeWisdom and StockTwits. Browsing RapidTradeView does not share your personal information with these providers; we fetch public market data from them on the server side.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and secure the Service.
• To enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To remember your account and any portfolio you save.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing asafb2k@gmail.com. You can also delete your account yourself from our delete account page. You can stop providing data at any time by not signing in and by clearing cookies; depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
