These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RapidTradeView (the “Service”), operated by Asaf Berreby. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

RapidTradeView aggregates publicly available market data and produces algorithmic signals and daily picks for US stocks and ETFs. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not financial advice

RapidTradeView is not a licensed financial adviser, broker-dealer, or investment professional, and nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Signals and picks are generated by automated models and do not account for your personal circumstances. See our full disclaimer.

4. No warranty

The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or wrong.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidTradeView and its operator will not be liable for any losses or damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any data or signal it provides. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Accounts

If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or harms the Service or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, original text, and software are owned by its operator. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective providers.

9. Changes

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
