About these disclosures & latest filings

Congress and insider stock trades, as disclosed

RapidTradeView collects every periodic transaction report filed by members of the House and Senate and every SEC Form 4 filed by corporate officers, directors and ten-percent holders, then shows them by person and by ticker. Filings are legally delayed (Congress may file up to 45 days after a trade), so this is a record of what was disclosed, not a live signal.

Where the data comes from

House and Senate periodic transaction reports (dollar ranges, owner codes, filing dates) and SEC Form 4 filings (exact share counts and prices when reported). Scanned reports that could not be parsed are marked as needing review rather than guessed.

How to read it

Clusters of insider buying at one company are more informative than a single sale, and many insider sales are pre-scheduled plans. Congressional trades are often made by spouses or advisers and reach the record weeks later. Use the filings as context next to price, analysts and sentiment on the ticker page.
